|Recommended: YesAn awesome place to live — I would definitely recommend Richmond Square to someone I know
|Recommended: YesSolid apartment complex in an ideal location — Richmond Square is a nice apartment in a perfect location right in the center of Ballston. The 2-bedroom units are slightly smaller than others around the area but for the price it is well worth it. Having trouble getting the internet set up but the leasing office staff are relatively helpful. The front desk people are not very knowledgeable about leasing maintenance details but are there 24 7 for general help.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — This complex is a great location in Ballston Square. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the unit was spotless upon move-in.
|Recommended: YesSpacious — The apartment is super spacious and I have not heard my neighbors through the walls. Nice appliances

|Recommended: YesWorth It — Great place to live located in the heart of Ballston
|Recommended: YesA great place to live — It is not that luxurious from the outside when you first see the building, but inside, it is superexcellent

|Recommended: YesVery Nice place, too expensive — Richmond Square is in a good location, filled with clean and attractive apartments. The community is quiet but kind. The maintenance staff is quick and high quality when needed but everything tends to work when you move in. My one complaint is that the rent is too high, not for me specifically but it boxes out a lot of types of people from living in the building, likely including most of the people who work there.
|Recommended: YesWell designed and conveniently located — It's comfortable with all the proper amenities and all your primary location needs like the pharmacy, grocery store, and many local restaurants are within walking distance. Well priced and very good layout for one bedroom apartments. Staff are helpful and often willing to put in extra effort for your convenience.
|Recommended: YesGreat basic apartment building — Richmond Square is perfect if you're looking for a no-frills apartment building. It's clean, well-managed, and has friendly staff, but less amenities than other buildings in the DC NOVA area. While it's relatively common for buildings to have rooftop pools, this building does not have a pool or access to the roof. The appliances and countertops are updated, but not modern. My apartment has full wood flooring throughout, which I prefer, but I know a lot of other units have carpet. For the square footage and location right next to the Ballston metro , it's a good value, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
