|Recommended: YesConvenient, Close to everything. — I love the location My efficiency is very roomy for me. All the staff here has been very helpful, sociable and friendly to me. I would also like to add this bldg. is wheelchair friendly.
|Recommended: YesGreat — yes its nice place
|Recommended: YesNice, clean, good quality. — Not cheap but in a nice area and a good quality, clean, safe apartment building.
|Recommended: YesHighly recommend No major complaints — Lived here for 2 years without many problems. Maintenance inside the apartment is pretty good and the area is perfect. No bugs or rats. Layouts and balconies are great. Only complaints are small parking spots and slow broken elevators. There was a lot of construction coming from the neighboring apartment which still has a lot of fire alarms going off. Those issues are on the decline. Additionally, the rent increase from one contract to another was only a 2 increase. They try hard to keep existing residents which is fantastic Highly recommend this apartment
|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good. It's clean and quiet for the most part. I like the assigned parking. — I like living here overall. Clean property, quite for the most part at least Mon-Fri . I really like the assigned parking garage. The folks at the front desk are nice but can't always help you much. Melissa at the leasing office is amazing and the best person to go to as she is very responsive and gets the job done
|Recommended: YesGreat location and good size apartments — I've enjoyed living here because of the location. Being near the newly renovated Ballston Quarter is fun. Great access to the Metro. Most importantly, First Down is a stone's throw away.
|Recommended: YesClean, peaceful, relaxing, feels like home — Richmond Square is a conveniently located, peaceful place to live. It's a 2 minute walk to the Ballston metro. I have had great interactions w the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk picking up packages, etc. , and my appliances have been working great. Sometimes the elevators go out of order but it's rare, and not really an inconvenience. I never hear my neighbors through the walls. I had to get my shower faucet replaced once, and maintenance did it very fast the next day . I love living here and hope to stay here for a while. Cannot speak to parking since I don't have a car.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Great place to live We absolutely love it here and plan to stay for a while Highly recommend
|Recommended: YesThe property fits my needs — If you're looking for an apartment that has a great location and affordable compared to other buildings in the area then Richmond Square is for you. You really can't beat the location
|Recommended: YesClean, quiet and affordable — It's clean and quiet for the most part. The property is affordable.
|Recommended: YesFantastic — I have absolutely loved my stay here at Richmond Square I've been lucky enough to live here for the last two years and every minute has been great Everyone who works here is so lovely and professional The maintenance crew here is beyond great I've always had whatever issue fixed the day I submit a maintenance order A true pleasure to live here
|Recommended: YesNice — Great staff and Nice Place to Live
|Recommended: YesGood — it is worth to choose
|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable, and Spacious Apartments in a great neighborhood — Richmond Square has been a great place to live over the past two years. The apartments are spacious and a great deal for the money that they cost each month. I loved having a balcony right off the living room, and the open counter between the living room and kitchen gives the apartment and even bigger feel. Location is wonderful if you want to be close to the metro and have a quiet, clean neighborhood to live in. The weekends are a little loud at times because of the echos that bounce off all of the tall apartment buildings on the street, but it is generally not prolonged and dies down quickly. Dining scene isn't the greatest in Ballston, but Clarendon and DC are still easily accessible and make up for that. However, everything else you could want is within walking distance, like pharmacies, banking, groceries, dry cleaning, etc. The staff in the building is polite and helpful. The front desk accepts and holds packages for you to pick up when you're ready, and you receive notifications about receiving packages as well. Building management is available and responsive. Parking under the building is convenient. There are a lot of poles in the garage that you need to be careful of, but the spaces seem plentiful for new residents. I would definitely recommend living in Richmond Square to anyone looking for affordable living near Washington DC.
|Recommended: YesNot perfect, but pretty good — It's fine. It's wrong for them to advertise these as luxury apartments. They're not. You're paying a luxury price for an average apartment. The parking situation isn't great. I have a giant SUV that parks next to me so I hardly have any space to get out , when there are other spaces available, so that's really annoying. Whenever I have guests, they always try to give them the smallest spots available. I can hear my neighbors occasionally, but it's not too bad. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is really nice. The staff is generally friendly, though sometimes they can be less than that. The move in situation was not great. They tried to make me wait to use the freight elevator, which is ridiculous. There's no way I was going to take time off from a new job just to use a freight elevator when it wouldn't be hard for them to let me use it a little later in the day. Overall, I guess it's fine. On a day to day basis, it isn't too bad. Mostly, it's pretty good. You could do a lot worse. Convenience to the metro is really nice as well.
