|Recommended: YesAmazing facilities with phenomenal staff — This apartment complex is great. It's very upscale, the apartments are very nice and open. The front desk is extremely helpful and I very much appreciate all the work they do. I also had a bit of an emergency situation right after I moved in and the staff and maintenance were very quick to respond and made the process very easy. The only two issues I have is that even being on the 7th floor, I can still periodically hear the streets when a car honks or a truck passes by. Also, there's no light in the bedroom other than the closet and there's also a lot of extra switches in my room that I have no idea what they are for. These are all very minor. Still would highly recommend this living facility.

|Recommended: YesSolid apartment complex in an ideal location — Richmond Square is a nice apartment in a perfect location right in the center of Ballston. The 2-bedroom units are slightly smaller than others around the area but for the price it is well worth it. Having trouble getting the internet set up but the leasing office staff are relatively helpful. The front desk people are not very knowledgeable about leasing maintenance details but are there 24 7 for general help.
