Excellent location. 100 yards from the metro. Tons of convenient stores, shops , bars and restaurants within quarter miles walking distant.
|Recommended: YesThe building is clean and everything is around. — It feels like home. Clean apartments , helpful staff, and you don't need a car in the area because anything you're looking for is nearby.
|Recommended: YesPretty Good Place to Live — Richmond square is extremely convenient and a nice place to live. Aside from some of the dated features particularly the thermostats the place is nice and well kept up.
|Recommended: YesSolid Place w Great Amenities — Excellent support staff, quick to accommodate requests. Good location in Arlington - 2 blocks to the Ballston Metro, and 1 mile walk to Clarendon.
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great Complex — Richmond Square is a great complex with a staff that is super friendly and helpful. This apartment is one of the best in the Ballston area.
|Recommended: YesCentrally located and really good property — This is right next to the Ballston Metro. With the mall and grocery stores nearby, it is very centrally located. It is 15 mins to DC via metro and 5 mins to Clarendon.
This building is very well maintained and the staff here are super nice. They definitely go out of their way to work with you the best they can.
|Recommended: YesQuality Apartment and Great Location — Personally, I have enjoyed living in Richmond Sq for the past 9 months. Having the metro 200 steps away yes I counted is honestly the main reason I chose the location. The building is always clean, the staff is friendly, and having the ability to set auto-pay for rent through their online portal is extremely convenient. Work orders for me have always been completed same day never had to replace or repair anything major though . My one stink is not with the apartment complex, but the taxi cab drivers that line the street when you enter exit the building's parking garage. Overall, this is a quality place to live and would recommend to others.

|Recommended: YesNice building, needs a few upgrades — I would say that it is a very nice building in a great location. For what you pay, it needs some cosmetic updates such as nicer counter tops, appliances, and hallway decor.
|Recommended: YesOne of the best places to live — I love the staff who are always friendly, professional and helpful. The parking is great and the maintenance team is highly efficient and knowledgeable.

|Recommended: Yes6 month review — I enjoy living here. The noise in the complex proper is minimal, but do hear our neighbors above us on occasion but not after 10 pm. The noise outside the complex is intolerable and you can hear individuals outside at 3 00 am being loud especially Thursday-Sunday morning. The understanding is that this area is college age eccentric. I do have to say that the staff here at Richmond Square is fantastic, always helpful, and a delight to work with

|Recommended: YesRoom for improvement, but overall enjoy living here — The building is a great place to live. It's not perfect appliances could be newer, apartments could overall be updated, parking spaces are tight and sometimes issues could be resolved faster , but overall I very much like living here. The employees are generally great, the people in the building friendly, and the apartments nice enough. I've decided to re-new my lease because my living experience has been so far positive.
